Welcome to Sips Transformation Series III

To Know Thyself is to truly understand that you are a "Party On"  Consciousness.

This phrase suggests that understanding yourself means recognizing that your consciousness is lively and dynamic, like a party.

It implies that being aware of your thoughts and feelings is an active and engaging process. We are what we engage in and bring forth.

Our quest, therefore, is to recognize this truth and to create a healthy party on consciousness. This is much like a child who can find some form of joy in everything he or she does.

Although, admittedly, most of it is non-constructive and can be very disruptive to others around them. It's just a bunch of noise in play. Intellect loves to engage in this as well.

Construct and Reconstruct

Much like an artist who paints picture after picture, tirelessly working on their craft, and might even repaint one to make it better, the artist is always in the process of perfecting their talent until they find some form of contentment. Aren't we doing the same in life, constantly striving for improvement and growth? Why do you think we're creating AI technology? Yes, it's so we can PARTY ON. It's time to reshape our party consciousness into a constructive, productive, and energetic field, where innovation and creativity can thrive.

Out Of The Woods and Into The Light

Thoughts, feelings, and actions. Thoughts can be likened to the towering trees of a dense forest, their vast canopies blocking out the essential light needed for the smaller foliage beneath to truly thrive and flourish. Just as pruning a forest allows other species to thrive and grow in harmony, we too must take the time to carefully prune and manage the thoughts that obstruct our joy for living. By doing so, we create space for positivity and happiness to flourish in our lives.

Every feeling and thought we experience creates waves that significantly impact our physical body. So, it's important to cultivate a healthy party consciousness that benefits our body and mind. We're Living On Valued Experiences, or LOVE. When something truly matters to us, we naturally start to let go of thoughts that don't hold value.

Our lives are enriched by the meaningful and important experiences we have. The acronym "LOVE" stands for "Living On Valued Experiences," suggesting that these experiences are what truly matter and bring value to our lives.

Humans are considered the peak of the "party on" species on Earth because we have more mobility in thought, feelings, and actions compared to minerals, plants, and even animals. However, this increased mobility can also lead to trouble if we become self-centered, blocking the light for others to learn and embrace their Party On Consciousness.

The Mind possesses a significant amount of power over the Body, especially when it comes to making choices, and it certainly loves to run the show. The body and mind both require essential nutrients that are found in nature in order to truly thrive. The physical body, for instance, needs the nutrients that are found in the foods it consumes, while the mind requires the enjoyment and satisfaction of the taste of the foods  THE SIX SENSES indulges in. Therefore, our mission, if you choose to accept it, is to provide both the body and mind with these necessary nutrients in a healthy and balanced way.

The taste of food can be satisfying and enjoyable. It mentions "THE SIX SENSES," which refers to our senses of taste, smell, sight, touch, hearing and thought. When we eat, these senses work together to make the experience of tasting food more pleasurable.

Our diet today is full of overly processed carbohydrates that lack real nutrients needed for physical health. While they might excite the mind, they do so in an unhealthy way. We need to think more about what we're eating and drinking that lacks real value. Some people enjoy sacrificing in one way or another, but this only satisfies the mind at the expense of the body's health. Real health comes when both the body's and mind's needs are fulfilled.

The missing ingredient in most meals is "THOUGHT". Who would of thought. Don't forget to add  "THE OUGHT".

Who put all these added chemicals in our foods?

Foods contain various chemicals that support health. However, not all of these chemicals are beneficial, even if they are natural. For example, plants produce toxins to protect themselves from insects. In small amounts, these toxins usually have little effect on our bodies. But with commercialization, their levels have increased, and consuming small amounts daily can lead to accumulation over time.

This is why intermittent fasting is beneficial for Real Health, as these plant toxins can harm the digestive system. We are what we can digest, utilize, and eliminate. It's about giving the body enough time to rid itself of disruptive toxins.

We highly recommend taking a shot of Sips Health Tonics and then waiting a bit before you have your coffee or a meal. Sips Health Tonics are designed to help remove toxins from the body, all while working to heal any damage to the lining of the gut.

Modern grains are not the same as those from the past, and the same goes for vegetables and fruits. With more people living in cities, there's a growing demand for processed foods and ready-to-eat meals.

How much food do you grow?

How do you manage it?

How do you keep insects from ruining your hard work?

Our food can become loaded with unhealthy toxins for many reasons. It's important to avoid food choices full of harmful chemicals and lacking nutritional value. While small amounts aren't a big concern—since certain nutrients and cooking methods can neutralize their effects—we should focus on how much and how often we consume these foods.
